In reading, "YOU ARE HERE" you will read that before getting started on my healing path, I felt STUCK. So friend, let me ask you this, Do you feeling stuck? In listening to my videos you will find one where I speak about the importance of setting morals and values. Rebuilding should I call it. (MORALS: Standards or beliefs of what is acceptable to you or not. VALUES: Principals or standards of what is important in life)

One of my top values I live daily to is freedom.  The freedom to be yourself, the freedom to live happy, the freedom to just be.  The thing about freedom is, there are many meanings behind the definition.  I truly believe this definition can mean something to every single one of us.  Maybe it's freedom from childhood trauma, freedom from debt, freedom from people pleasing, freedom to be able to show people the real you, freedom from fear, freedom from a breakup.  The list is endless and goes on.

Soy una creyente fuerte en dios.  Y no dios como te lo explican en la religion, un dios que te da total libertad de todo.  Libertad de podar hacer lo que te puso en esta vida para hacer.

Drop the chains life puts on us.  Drop the mask we have to wear for others.  Have the total freedom to be who it is you've always known you wanted to be. Because as I have found out that part of me, that was stuck was little Krystal.  But friends, little did I know she had all the answers of who she is, what she wants, and just wanted to feel free, and I'm finally letting her have a voice, feel free, and shine.  If there is one thing I know..  It's that, YOU deserve to feel free too and of course SHINE.

So I leave you with this question friend, ARE YOU READY? I believe you deserve to feel free but, you have to believe it for yourself first. Give your 7 year old a voice friend they are waiting to feel free.
